If you want to put your strength, endurance and resilience to the test, Athletic Conditioning is the class for you. Incorporating a variety of strength and muscular endurance exercises with short rest periods, it's the best way get the most out of your training session and it will be class you’ll love. If you like variation in your workout, this class is for you. No 2 classes are the same.
