UC is developing a 10-year Digital Master Plan, and the first stage is underway to develop the principles, objectives and key results that will underpin deliverables in the plan. Craig Mutton, our Chief Digital Officer (CDO), is sponsoring this project.
During the first consultation phase, we engaged widely, with over 150 UC stakeholders consulted directly. Ad-hoc engagement across various digital discussion platforms also reached out to hundreds more staff, students and external partners. In addition, we reviewed historical plans, strategies and documentation from similar digital projects undertaken in UC – we are building off a strong base of knowledge and hard work!
Based on all this information, 6 draft principles have been developed, along with some supporting objectives. We will be running a few pop up stalls across the UC campus between 6th – 31st March and would love to have a chat if you come by. We will be at the Refectory, your favourite Café, the Library and Student Residences. For staff, we have also been invited to your tea rooms and team meetings.
We would love to show you the draft principles and get your feedback! We are keen to know what you think.
Below is a consolidated list of when and where we’ll be. Hope to see you there!
If you miss us on campus, we also welcome your feedback on our survey which we are running throughout the month of March. Click on the link below to complete the survey.
