The program has been developed in partnership with three organisations - University of Canberra, Multicultural Hub of ACT, and the Healthcare Consumers Association and is supported by the ACT government through a Healthy Canberra Grant. A unique and significant feature of the project is the engagement of multicultural community leaders to co-design and guide this work. Our aim is to promote physical activity and social connection for women from multicultural communities with a focus on activities and resources that are community-based and culturally appropriate.
