We are hosting a mindfulness session on SciTech open to all staff at UC. These will be held on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM in a hybrid format (both face-to-face and online) in Room 6C56.
Each session will begin promptly at 2:05 PM and typically runs until around 2:25 PM. The sessions include a short guided meditation focused on simple attention to the breath and bodily sensations. This practice aims to cultivate presence, enhance wellbeing, and improve focus and effectiveness in all areas of life.
