Mental Health First Aid
The UC Medical & Counselling Centre is supporting the UC community by offering Standard Mental Health First Aid to UC staff at a subsidised fee of $150.00 (paid by the staff members department).
Led by a Licensed Instructor, Mental Health First Aid is a practical skills-based education program that equips people with the skills and confidence needed to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
This course is presented as a blended course: a self-paced, eLearning component and a face-to-face component on the 13th of January. This course is available to UC staff only.
