Here you can explore the DMP initiatives we’re currently working on with our UC community right now. A flexible investment funding envelope has been set by Council for the first 3 years of the plan to deliver 68 approved initiatives.

In undertaking DMP, the University is investing in our people, processes, technology, and data, which in turn will achieve pivotal and long-term benefits. Digital Together will deliver a range of benefits over the lifespan of the Connected Decadal Strategy.

We anticipate that this investment will allow our people to maximise their time and capabilities, and through the rationalisation of our technologies, allow for cost savings or reinvestment.

We anticipate benefits in student and staff satisfaction, retention, and reduction of non-value-add-activity as our service maturity and capabilities improve. We are developing the mechanisms to establish and measure the benefits of each initiative, and to monitor, evaluate and articulate progress to our community.
