Our plan to deliver Digital Together
The Digital Master Plan (DMP) is our plan to deliver Digital Together an ambitious program of work under UC's decadal strategy Connected to support outstanding, digitally connected experiences that remove barriers to access. It is a whole-of-UC, flexible 10-year roadmap that outlines how we are going to sustainability invest in UC's digital future.
The DMP is focused on the future of higher education, and connecting our digital environment with our people, experiences and physical spaces. By being ’more digital’ in every aspect of our operations, we will empower connected experiences across our UC community and continue to serve the Canberra region.
Through an inclusive and exhaustive process, six guiding principles were co-designed with our UC community. These principles reflect what is important to our community, and where we aspire to be in the next 10 years. Principles guide our behaviours and decision-making across the life of the plan.
Objectives and key results underpin each of our principles to help us measure progress against the plan. This forms part of our committed approach to support achievement of what's important to and valued by our UC community through the initiatives we deliver as part of the DMP.

We have co-created with our UC community a 10-year staged and prioritised timeline of initiatives across our people, processes, technology and data that guide UC’s digital ambitions.
Throughout its 10-year life, starting from 2024, the DMP will adapt and respond to the needs of our UC community, as well as the rapidly evolving digital environment that every sector and organisation is currently navigating. The DMP has been designed to facilitate the funding and resourcing of new initiatives as opportunities arise, providing time and space to research, plan for and proactively anticipate new and existing opportunities in digital.
