The spoken word video, “Noted” was inspired by the mental struggles that many people face in this day and age. Despite the widespread awareness of poor mental health, I wanted to show a visual representation of what people, particularly teenagers, experience when called negative words. Many people tend to get caught up with all the false negativity rather than the positives, and as a result, their mental health plummets to the point where they ultimately feel ‘paralysed’.
