Meet your presenter: Dr Mark Reed
Strategic technologist with a vision and passion for deep technology and having global impact.
Successfully developed a number of world-first real-time systems resulting in world-first results with patented solutions and engagement with multi-national companies. Previously as Founder/CEO taken highly complex technology products to market and performed the roles of business development, product management and marketing. Successfully sold this startup business to a NYSE listed company.
More than 20 years experience in research and commercialisation of technology. Inventor on 11 patent applications, spun technology out of research labs and developed a strong sense of market trends and needs. Raised more than $8m in research and commercialisation funding and continues to engage in both research and commercialisation activities.
Published more than 100 technical research papers, and has been an invited speaker at a number of industry leading conferences and trade shows.
