Join us for a special morning tea to mark World Refugee DayThis year’s theme, ‘Community as a Superpower,’ celebrates the strength found in unity and shared experiences. World Refugee Day is an opportunity for the University of Canberra and our broader community to show support and solidarity with people from refugee backgrounds. It’s a time to recognise their resilience, courage, and the rich contributions they make to our institution and society.We will have the privilege of several UC students with refugee backgrounds sharing their stories with us, alongside delicious catering by Cafe Stepping Stone.
