My eQuals is a secure and trusted provider of certified digital document services that allows you to securely share your documents online with anyone, including employers and other universities.
An email notification will be sent to you once your document has been generated which will include a link to your My eQuals account. If you are using My eQuals for the first time, you will need to register an account. Once you have registered, you will then receive a second email with a link to activate your account. You must register and login with the email address that your email notification was sent to in order to see your documents.
Ensure that your My eQuals account email is updated to include your personal email before your UC student email account closes (1 month after conferral) so that you don't lose access to your digital documents. When logged in you can use the 'Profile > Link' settings to link additional email and social accounts to your My eQuals profile. Email notifications will be sent to your 'primary' email only.
If My eQuals is not working, first ensure that you are using the latest browser version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. If the problem persists email support@digitary.net. UC does not provide support for the My eQuals tool.
An academic transcript is a certified record of your enrolment history including:
Each student receives a free digital transcript at the time of course completion and will receive a free hard copy transcript at their graduation ceremony. Additional academic transcripts can be purchased if required:
A testamur is the official academic certificate, signed by the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor and received by each student free of charge at their graduation ceremony confirming the completion of their award. A testamur is not an academic transcript and does not include details of academic results and grade point average. A replacement testamur may be purchased to replace a lost or damaged testamur, or if the recipient has changed their name.
If lost, a statutory declaration must be supplied as supporting evidence. This declaration must include an explanation of the circumstances in which the testamur was lost or destroyed and an undertaking to return the replacement certificate if the original testamur is subsequently found.
If you are seeking a replacement testamur due to damage or a name change, previous testamurs must be returned to the University, either via post or in person. Replacement certificates will only be issued on return of previous testamurs. Registered mail to, or drop off at:

The University of Canberra issues our students and graduates with digitally certified official academic credentials through My eQuals, the official tertiary credentials platform of all Australia and New Zealand universities as well as many other higher education providers.
The credentials University of Canberra issues through My eQuals are authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid, as we empower our students and graduates to share their awarded credentials to third parties.
University of Canberra will no longer respond to third party requests to verify the credentials of individuals and recommends that you request directly with the individual for them to share their My eQuals verified credential obtained from University of Canberra.
As a third party provided with a My eQuals share link or credential document, you can instantly interrogate the credential for your verification purposes as the trusted platform utilised by University of Canberra.
For degree verifications prior to 2017 please email degreeverifications@canberra.edu.au. Please allow 5-10 business days for a response.
