23 March 2016: University of Canberra Vice-Chancellor Professor Stephen Parker spoke about higher education and inequality in the latest Politics, International Relations and National Security Student Association (PIRaNaS) lecture.
In the lecture, held on 17 March in the Ann Harding Conference Centre, Professor Parker addressed universities' positive and negative effect on social equality.
