Professor Tania Broadley to join UC as Pro Vice-Chancellor Education

15 November 2021: The University of Canberra is excited to announce that Professor Tania Broadley will be joining the University in mid-February 2022 as the new Pro Vice-Chancellor Education.

Joining UC from RMIT University, Professor Broadley is currently an Associate Deputy Vice-Chancellor Learning and Teaching, Interim Dean of Education and former Interim Deputy Vice-Chancellor for the College of Design and Social Context at RMIT.

Professor Broadley is a Director at Open Universities Australia and has held previous leadership positions as Associate Dean Learning and Teaching, in the Faculty of Education at Queensland University of Technology, and Academic Lead, Curtin Learning Institute, at Curtin University, where she established the inaugural Curtin Academy.

Professor Broadley brings a broad range of experience across education, learning and teaching, online education and senior management in higher education to UC. She also has a strong scholarly publication record in teacher education, online education, student engagement and learning spaces.
