24 March 2016: The University of Canberra has experts available to comment on Easter themes this long weekend.

Eggs and our health (both chocolate and chicken)

Associate professor of nutritional science Dr Duane Mellor can answer those pressing Easter questions on whether chocolate eggs are actually doing you any good, and is the post-overindulgence guilt worth it? He can also share the nutritional value of poultry eggs and whether too many of these can be unhealthy.

Food, feasting and mental health

Assistant professor in psychology Dr Vivienne Lewis will discuss what the Easter holiday period and traditional indulging brings for those whose eating habits can become a problem?  Dr Lewis can also comment on Australian stress and anxiety levels and the need to use long weekends to actually take a break and switch-off.
